We are pleased to announce the opening of our online election process for the 2012 ITA Board of Directors. All voting will be done electronically.
There are five nominees on the ballot and five open seats. Clickhereto review the candidate biographies.

Once you are directed to the ballot page, you will be asked to enter your Password. Contact Andrea if you did not receive an email with your password. You will only be allowed to vote one time.
ITA Bylaws provide that voters must vote for at least 70% of the open seats on the ballot. Because there are five open seats you may cast votes for either 4 or 5 of the candidates. Any ballots that have marked fewer than four candidates will not be accepted by the online software.
According to Section 3 of the ITA Bylaws: "Each Active Member in good standing shall be entitled to one vote. The vote may be cast by any bona fide officer, director or employee of such Active Member.”
After you select your choices, click "done” at the bottom of the page. You will then be directed to a confirmation page.

Voting will close at noon on October 26, 2012. Chris Hopp, Chairman of the ITA Nominating Committee, will announce the winning candidates on November 5, 2012 at the ITA Annual Meeting of the Membership held at the Des Moines Downtown Marriott.

Notice of ITA Annual Meeting of the Membership
November 5, 2012
The Annual Meeting of the Membership of the Iowa Telecommunications Association will be held at 1:00 pm on Monday, November 5, 2012 at the Des Moines Marriott Hotel.
This Annual Meeting will be held in conjunction with the 116th Annual ITA Convention, which will take place November 4-6, 2012.
During the Annual Meeting, the Members will receive a report from the ITA Nominating Committee that discloses the results of the membership voting for directors of the Association.
In addition, the Members will be asked to approve a resolution ratifying and adopting the actions of the Association over the past year, and the ITA Board Chair will give a Financial Report of the Association.
