The single booth registration fee is $600 for ITA members and $900 for nonmembers. There are 75 booth spaces available.

BOOTH ASSIGNMENT
Booth spaces are assigned according to the following criteria:
• Sponsorship Level (separate form)
• Date Registration is Received
• Date Payment is Received
• Booth Availability
The ITA trade show floor offers double booth options. Please select double booth on your registration form and indicate which two single booths you would like configured into a double booth.

BOOTH SELECTION & ASSIGNMENT
There are 75 booth spaces available. Booth spaces are assigned according to sponsorship, date registration is received, date payment is received and booth availability. The ITA trade show floor offers double booth options. Please select double booth on your registration form and indicate which two single booths you would like configured into a double booth. Please note booths 1, 8, 9, 21, 22, 36, 37, and 50 are reserved for ITA All Event Sponsors.

All reservations must be received online, by mail or fax at ITA no later than August 31, 2012.
ITA will not refund any registration fees after August 31, 2012. ITA will maintain a waiting list for any registrations received after the trade show floor sells out. ITA will e-mail you a confirmation of receipt of your registration form.

VENDOR RECEPTION
Plan to join ITA members for the vendor reception on Monday, November 5th on the trade show floor from 4:30 to 6:00 p.m.

VENDOR MEETING
Vendors are invited to attend a short meeting on Tuesday, November 6th at 9:00 a.m. on the 3rd floor to review the trade show and offer suggestions and comments for future ITA trade shows.
