| May 9, 2012 On May 7th the IUB issued an Informational Order entitled "In
Re: FCC Compliance Filings – Intrastate Access Tariffs” that identifies a
number of provisions in the FCC’s USF-ICC Transformation Order of November 2011
that cause different impacts on rate-of-return carriers, price cap carriers,
and CLECs.
This Order requires every ITA member to make a separate letter filing with
the IUB. In addition, it asks ITA to file its proposed changes to the ITA
Access Tariff by May 23rd. (see next story for more on the ITA
Tariff). In this Order, the IUB establishes a schedule
listing dates when various parties should make filings to update their tariffs
or to identify the tariffs in which the LEC concurs. Click here for more |
